There is no requirement to create a customer account before using the website or placing an order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide to PerryHubGH is accurate and that they have the authority to make any purchase they place.

Where a customer is a minor, we encourage the involvement of a parent or responsible guardian in purchases and transactions.

3. Products and Services

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

6. Prices

Prices displayed on PerryHubGH may change without prior notice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer is responsible for any applicable delivery charges or other charges communicated before completion of the transaction.

Where an obvious pricing error occurs, PerryHubGH reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, contact affected customers before completing the transaction.

7. Payment

PerryHubGH accepts or facilitates payment through methods including:

• MTN Mobile Money;
• Telecel Mobile Money;
• AirtelTigo Mobile Money; and
• Paystack.

Customers must provide accurate payment information and follow the instructions provided for completing payment.

PerryHubGH will never require customers to disclose their Mobile Money PIN, card PIN, bank password, OTP or similar confidential security credentials.

Customers should immediately contact us if they receive a suspicious payment request claiming to be from PerryHubGH.

8. Payment Confirmation

An order may not be considered paid until the relevant payment has been successfully received or confirmed.

Where a payment is unsuccessful, reversed, disputed or not received, PerryHubGH may delay or cancel fulfilment until the payment issue has been resolved.

9. Data Bundles

For data bundle purchases, customers must provide the correct mobile number and applicable network information.

PerryHubGH is not responsible for losses resulting from:

• An incorrect telephone number supplied by the customer;
• An incorrect network selected by the customer;
• Incorrect information supplied during an order; or
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should carefully verify their information before completing a data-bundle purchase.

10. Physical Products

For phones, laptops, fashion products and other physical products, customers should inspect the product upon receipt where reasonably possible.

If an item appears damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, the customer should contact PerryHubGH as soon as reasonably possible.

Any return or replacement will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

11. Delivery

Delivery arrangements may vary depending on:

• Customer location;
• Product type;
• Product availability;
• Delivery provider;
• Customer availability; and
• Other circumstances affecting delivery.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

PerryHubGH is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruptions, network outages, third-party delivery delays or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Customers should contact PerryHubGH before returning an item unless otherwise instructed.

We may request information, photographs or other evidence to assess a return or refund request.
